The Arborfield Military Wives Choir are a group of ladies who love to sing and have a link, whether present or past, to the Armed Forces. They are part of a Network of 80 MWC Choirs across the UK and abroad. They all share a common goal and that's to sing, share and support each other. Dan Tickner is their amazing Musical Director who, with his calmness and enthusiasm, guides them to sing with enjoyment and confidence! They sing songs from across the genres and decades.
If you are interested and have a link to any of the Armed services please come and join them. They meet Mondays, term time at the Garrison Church, Tope Road, Reading, Berkshire. No auditions or previous experience needed.

Based in Bracknell, Mr Grey's Jailhouse Jukebox is a live four piece band playing both old and new rock, pop and disco. Playing everything from ABBA to ZZ Top, they can tailor their playlist to your event.

Whether it's just the band you want or a band/disco combination, they will work with you to create the package you want.

A 22 year old singer, songwriter, musician, Abi Powell is originally from Bracknell.
She has been playing all over Berkshire for the past 6 years at various pubs, clubs, and local festivals, such as Bracknell Ale and Cider Festival, Wokingham Festival, Maidenhead Festival and more.

With a medley of classic songs from the 50's, 60's and 70's, including hits by The Beatles, Queen, The Eagles, Fleetwood Mac and many many more, BackTrak will be playing all the songs that everyone knows the words to .... and can't help but tap their feet to!


The Arborfield Branch of the Royal British Legion are exceptionally grateful for the generosity and support from all of the above acts, each of which have donated their time free of charge, in support of The Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal. Without their generosity this event would not have been able to take place.


Main Stage Timetable


We are pleased to announce that due to the high percentage of "online" ticket sales, the Event Committee have made the decision to further extend the availability of "Early Bird" tickets until (until 23:30 on Saturday 1st June 2019 - subject to availability). Why not take advantage of the opportunity to purchase your discounted "Advance" tickets, and avoid the need to queue to pay on the day!

After the "Early Bird" offer expires, you will still be available to purchase your tickets through EventBrite, but without the advance discount. They will also be available to purchase on the day at the gate (subject to availability).

Tickets can be obtained either directly from the Branch Committee if you are local to Arborfield and can collect (please email arborfield.treasurer@rbl.community to arrange your purchase), or

online, through EventBrite (* online purchases are subject to an additional booking fee charged by EventBrite for their services).
